Quietly impressed, once it was back
Quietly impressed, once it was back
Communicationa couple of times it stopped on me overnight (yikes), and that’s when you really notice how much you depend on a simple wristwatch. I remember waking up and thinking, “Oh great, this is annoying,” and then trying to tell myself it was a fluke. It happened more than once though, and yeah, I wasn’t thrilled. I reached out to support, followed their instructions, printed the form, boxed the watch and sent it off with tracking. Not the most fun errand, but whatever — I wanted it fixed. What surprised me was the little relief I felt when I finally got the message that it had been repaired and was ready to go back. That was the moment I knew I’d be happy with the whole thing: the watch came back doing exactly what it should, and it felt like I had my reliable daily piece again. Wearing it now, it’s been solid for weeks and honestly, it’s a relief. It’s comfy, looks good under a sweater sleeve, and I’ve stopped checking my phone every five minutes. I’ll be honest: the process could’ve been smoother. Waiting two weeks after delivery with no update made me worry, and the shipping/import costs (around 40€ for me) stung — something to keep in mind if you’re in Europe. Still, the tech was fixed properly, and when a product actually performs after a hassle, that counts for a lot. I appreciate that they covered the return shipping in the end; it made the repair feel legitimate. Small improvements would’ve made the journey nicer — a confirmation that they received the watch, a prefilled form or a return waybill, and a clearer heads-up about import fees for European buyers — but those are nitpicks compared to having the watch working like it should. So yeah, grateful it worked out. I wear it almost every day now, it keeps time reliably, and I find myself enjoying the little click of the crown and the weight on my wrist. Would I do it again? Probably, now that I know it performs. Just wish the middle part of the experience was less nerve-racking.
