When they did, the lawyer said they weren't the right specialty. I had asked for family law and got a referral to criminal law. I tried to cancel the membership. They said I couldn't cancel the service I was paying for. That was frustrating. On the plus side, the site did have a complaint form and it logged my submission right away, which was a small surprise. Still, the referrals and timing were poor. I wouldn't rely on this service for urgent legal needs.
