First pick was definitely not local, and I bristled, because I'm using this for everyday stuff like lease questions and a tiny neighbour dispute around my apartment. After a few follow-ups, though, they reassigned a lawyer who actually understood local rules and answered things. Service had hiccups, I had to push, but the legal advice ended up being useful and saved me time. So yeah, pleasantly surprised.

They said I couldn't cancel the service I was paying for. That was frustrating. On the plus side, the site did have a complaint form and it logged my submission right away, which was a small surprise. Still, the referrals and timing were poor. I wouldn't rely on this service for urgent legal needs.
