The intake folks are polite and actually write down what you say — sometimes I repeat myself, but that’s fine — and the lawyers reply in a reasonable time, via text, email or a call. It’s not flashy, just practical help when life throws dumb little legal things at you. Costs have been fair for what we use, and it’s saved me a few headaches. Still a bit wary sometimes, but mostly relieved.
