Too many emails, too little clarity
The point where I knew this wasn’t for me was when more promotional emails kept showing up after I hadn’t asked for them. I was only looking into a product, nothing more. Unsubscribing should be simple, but the whole thing felt unclear. I’ve dealt with other companies that handle contact preferences much better. Maybe it was automated, but it still came across as pushy and poorly managed.
