ComplaintsI can't believe how unprofessional and incompetent this company is. The surveys are so long and annoying, and I always end up getting error messages or getting disqualified halfway through. The point system is a total joke - it takes forever to earn enough points for a tiny reward. The customer service is terrible, with those automated responses that don't even solve the real problems. It's just a huge waste of time and effort overall.
