QualityI grabbed a sampler after seeing them at a weekend market — honestly I wasn't sure, I'm a dark-roast person. The moment I opened a bag at home and that smell hit me, I knew they roast fresh; right then I was satisfied. The coffees were a bit too bright for my usual taste, but every bag smelled great and had clearly been roasted only days earlier. I even tipped a friend and they loved the lighter roasts. Ordering and delivery were smooth, too, which helped.
