I didn't think I'd be the type to hype bed stuff, but here we are. I was pretty sceptical before we bought these grounding sheets — seemed a bit out there — but we started using them about two years ago and now we're onto our third queen set. First few nights were subtle, honestly; the first impression was "huh, maybe?" so I didn't get overly excited. We used them every night after that and slowly noticed less hand pain in the morning and fewer restless nights for my husband. To test it, I unplugged one night (yes, guilty experiment) and he was back to tossing and getting up multiple times, complaining his hands hurt again. That was the moment the doubt disappeared for me. He even picked up the matching pillowcases and a flat sheet. The kids have their own grounding sheets too, which feels like overkill but they sleep well. Shipping and ordering were easy enough, price felt fair if you plan to use them long-term. Still a little curious about the science, but as a sleep fix for our family, I'm sold.
