But, I would still tell my friends to use this service because the website was easy to use and the support team was really great at helping me through the job search.

CommunicationI signed up for a 2-week membership and then got charged for a monthly renewal because I was a few hours late in cancelling. I reached out to cancel but never heard back at all. Very disappointed with the customer service.

CommunicationI really liked the resources on this platform, eh. They had a bunch of articles, training, and info to help with remote work. The customer service team was quick to answer my questions and offer help when I needed it. Flexjobs also has some neat tests and classes on remote skills and ageism, which was great for me as I shift into remote work. I especially liked the Non-Profit job options. It's a well-thought-out site that understands what job seekers need in this changing remote work world.
