every forced update fiddled with proxy handling (they pushed HTTP-to-SOCKS5 transitions) and that changed session routes, so some IPs started showing the wrong geo. One of my main accounts got suspended right after such an update and was locked for years — nothing malicious from my side. They claim updates make things stealthier, but in practice updates broke logins, forced protocols I didn't choose, and pushed an extension-based approach that actually made detection more likely, not less. Support just points fingers at proxy providers, even when it's clearly an internal change. On the plus side, the UI and profile management are usable and for non-critical tasks it can save time. It's not totally useless; you can manage many profiles, but expect rough edges, occasional slowness, and a lack of accountability if something goes wrong. Use it only if you understand the risks and have backups — and don't rely on it for accounts you need to keep safe. I told a colleague to steer clear after my ban, and they switched to something else.
