Quiet relief

ServiceI started using the new vector app last week. First impressions were okay, not great. Install went smooth. Then a strange glitch stopped me cold. Support pushed an upgrade and wasn’t much help. I tried a community tip and a quick workaround. The moment it opened and my file showed up I knew it was fine. Kind of relieved, actually grateful it turned out easy. Would have preferred better help, though. Still, glad it worked.
Good app, shaky support

ServiceI first saw CorelDRAW on a colleague's screen and they recommended it, so I jumped in. The app does what I need — decent tools, nothing flashy but solid. The real issue was delivery and customer service. Digital delivery of a licence was messy. Phones went nowhere, emails bounced or came back as "invalid request", and support tickets sat idle for weeks. When someone replied, it was a canned answer that didn't help. I got shuffled between chat agents and email threads for over a month. I still use the program, but the support needs fixing.
Relief after a rocky start

ServiceHalfway through setting up my new laptop, I remember thinking this was going to be a waste — until it wasn't. I needed the software for freelance work and because my chronic back pain makes commuting impossible, so I couldn't afford downtime. The free trial behaved, but the full install hiccuped and support sent me in circles at first. After a couple of frustrating weeks I finally got a patient tech on a remote session who actually stuck with me; when the app opened properly and my project files loaded, I breathed out. That moment — everything working, no more juggling or pain-related stress about deadlines — sold me. Still a bit annoyed at the runaround, but very happy now.
