No contact, sick plant
No contact, sick plant
ServicePulled it out on my kitchen sill this morning, looked okay in the box but leaves had spots — meant for my small patio, now it's quarantined. Emailed twice over a month, no phone, no reply. Delivery was sloppy and customer service nonexistent; pretty annoyed.

QualityNot great at first, but I kept it. The plant showed up with leaves dropping and a dusting of white mould that later went black. I tried neem spray and a few other fixes. Only a few green leaves survived. I've had healthier mail-order citrus before, so I was wary. After patience and some pruning it recovered more than I expected. Not perfect, but usable now.
Delivery drama, then a decent fix

Reliabilityask about carrier and packaging up front, and photograph everything when it arrives. Wish they’d stop using that sloppy carrier, but happy they fixed the money side without me fighting the bank.
Waiting for a refund, not the tree

Follow-up"we forwarded this to our higher support team." No timeline, no follow-up, just being passed around. Delivery wasn't even the problem, it was the customer service and refund process. I've had other retailers refund quickly; this one feels slow. Still hoping they'll actually credit my card soon.
That windowsill moment
That windowsill moment
QualityI wasn't expecting much when I unboxed them, but the moment I relaxed was when one actually sat on my kitchen windowsill and, for a few afternoons, looked like a proper plant. The other still looks sickly, thin and yellowing, and both are nowhere near the lush pictures on the site — more like two feet if you hold up a twig and measure from the pot bottom. I paid over $130 for the pair and felt misled by the photos. Still, delivery and packaging were flawless, which mattered when I was juggling kids and work. Glad they arrived intact, but I wouldn't call them trees. Not what I hoped.
