Follow-upNot impressed — I asked to cancel right away and it got messy. I didn’t have a laptop so I couldn’t actually start the course, messaged the British Council a few times and never got a proper reply. The material looked okay when I checked on my phone, but the follow-up was poor. Compared to other places I’ve used, this was disappointing.
