ComplaintsI can't believe how terrible this service is! It's nothing but a big scam and a waste of time. I keep getting charged by both BillTrim and my actual service provider, and nobody is helping me fix it! I've tried sending emails and contacting them through the website, but nothing seems to work. Every time I try to log into my account, it just makes me sign up for more bill-saving stuff. I spent $99 on this "lifetime" service, and all I have to show for it is a massive headache. Hopefully, a real person will actually respond to my concerns, but knowing my luck, I'll probably just get some silly robot named "Alex" offering me more empty promises.

ComplaintsI was kinda bummed with this service, man. They only got me a one-time credit on my internet bill from ATT. It seems like when there's no other options around, these providers ain't too keen on dropping prices. Thanks for trying, but I was hoping for bigger savings. Maybe in a busier place, this service would work better.
