ComplaintsHonestly, I was pretty upset when I noticed I was billed for a gold plan that I never actually used. But then Abhishek swooped in like a hero and sorted out the situation for me. He was so patient, empathetic, and made sure everything was straightened out. I was really impressed by how dedicated he was to helping me and making things right.
