Returns & RefundsI bought a portable air conditioner from this company not too long ago, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The thing was way too expensive and not even good quality. They said they'd give me a refund if I wasn't happy, but now I can't even reach anyone there. No one's even bothered to talk to me about getting my money back. This whole thing has been super annoying and disappointing. I'd suggest steering clear of this company to anyone thinking of buying from them.

Returns & RefundsI bought this really awesome portable air conditioner and it showed up in just 2 weeks. It's working pretty well, but the battery had some problems, so I had to wait almost 5 months for a new one. They even tried to make me pay for shipping the faulty battery - not cool! I watched some neat videos on YouTube about it, and it really helps keep the cabin on our family's boat cool.
