I was really disappointed with my recent experience with the company. The ability to customize the tint of the readers was cool, but the quality of the products I got was pretty bad. Both pairs of readers I bought started falling apart so quickly, even though I barely used them. Cheaper readers I bought elsewhere lasted much longer. Customer service wasn't great either. When I tried to talk about the issues with the products, the responses I got were not helpful and they were dismissive. As someone who used to shop there, I'm now skeptical about buying from them again.
