Works well overall. I needed new prescription sunglasses because bright light gives me headaches and my old pair was bent after a move. This was my fourth time ordering from them, so I knew the drill. The frames arrived looking good, and the RX was spot on. At first I didn’t like the tint on one pair — too warm, too dark — so I emailed. They answered fast. I printed the prepaid return label, sent the sunglasses back and chose a different tint. The replacements came perfect. Process was simple, no fuss. Service was prompt, but timing wasn’t always clear. Happy it worked out.

Ugh, I got these glasses that were way too big for my face, like seriously heavy - not cute at all. I missed the return deadline by a week or so and now I'm stuck with them. They did give me a discount for my next order, but it doesn't even come close to covering the cost of these massive glasses.

I ordered some glasses that were so expensive. The customer service replied fast, but when I asked for a refund, they disappeared. Plus, they didn't include any QR codes for return labels - you have to print it out yourself. It was a total mess all around. 💩

I was so pumped to find these super cute and budget-friendly glasses at Yesglasses! I'm all about switching up my style with different frames, and being able to choose colored or slightly tinted lenses was a cool bonus. My first pair had the wrong prescription in one eye, but their customer service was on it and sent me a replacement right away. All in all, really happy with my buy!
