Returns & RefundsUgh, I got these glasses that were way too big for my face, like seriously heavy - not cute at all. I missed the return deadline by a week or so and now I'm stuck with them. They did give me a discount for my next order, but it doesn't even come close to covering the cost of these massive glasses.

Returns & RefundsI ordered some glasses that were so expensive. The customer service replied fast, but when I asked for a refund, they disappeared. Plus, they didn't include any QR codes for return labels - you have to print it out yourself. It was a total mess all around. 💩

I'm all about switching up my style with different frames, and being able to choose colored or slightly tinted lenses was a cool bonus. My first pair had the wrong prescription in one eye, but their customer service was on it and sent me a replacement right away. All in all, really happy with my buy!

you had a chance to return them and you did not...even then they gave you a discount on more purchases...you should give them a 10. w what you mean though, some times we just don't want to believe that they are big because they look so good in the pics...try again and do the try on s, they help a lot with showing sizes...all the best!
