PriceI couldn't believe it when I saw that I had to pay unexpected taxes on my order. The website clearly said no extra taxes for shipping to the EU, so you can imagine how frustrated I felt. And to top it off, customer service was nowhere to be found when I tried to reach out about it. Pretty disappointing, if you ask me. But after some back and forth, they did refund the tax. Maybe it was a mistake by customs in my country, but it still bothered me. At least everything got sorted out in the end, but it really shouldn't have been a problem to begin with.
