Not worth the hassle
Not worth the hassle
Productnot happy. I paid for a specific, name-brand dog treatment and they sent a generic substitute without asking. It arrived fine, but it wasn’t what I ordered and I felt shortchanged. Tried to get it sorted, but customer support didn’t help — polite but useless. If you need that exact product, double-check with them first or don’t order. I wish they were clearer and would actually replace items when they mess up. There were some decent parts, like delivery speed, but overall I won’t risk ordering something essential again.

ProductI first saw this on a local pet group on Facebook and bought it because a friend recommended the name brand. The treatment itself seems to do what it should (my dog is doing fine), so that's a relief — I kept thinking, ok, it works. But the company shipped a generic product instead of the Revolutio n brand I paid full price for, and when I tried to sort it out they were pretty unhelpful. Kinda annoying, to be frank. I told my sister and a neighbour so they’d watch out too. Not perfect, but the product does the job.
Nice look, wrong connector

Returns & RefundsI bought this after a colleague mentioned it at work; the photos looked promising so I ordered. When the box arrived the unit looked okay at first — decent finish, light but sturdy-feeling — but the connector was the wrong version, so it wouldn’t fit my setup and I never really got to use it. I emailed customer service and got a short, noncommittal reply saying they'd look into it and then nothing. No return label, no credit, no offer to make it right. Ended up out about $100. Useful to know before you buy.

ProductI was sweating a bit about ordering this — moving and a cranky lower back made me desperate, and after getting burned once before I wasn't trusting any seller. It took a few calls and a little back-and-forth, but the moment I sat down and actually felt relief I laughed out loud. That’s when I knew it was worth it. Packaging was fine, setup was quick, and customer support followed up like they said they would. Not perfect, there were small hiccups, but honestly I'm glad I went for it. Price felt fair; delivery was sooner than I feared.
Small box, big relief

DeliveryI keep ordering from them because delivery is easy and dependable. Packages arrive in a small box, under $7 shipping, right to my door. I use this stuff every morning — helps my routine when I'm juggling work and errands and when I travel. Customer service answered a question once within a day, polite and direct. Coupons arrive by postcard; saved me about $45 on recent orders, which was a nice surprise. Packaging sometimes looks different than what you'd get in the US — that's down to European labelling rules — but the product itself is solid, often better. No prescription or testing required, which keeps things simple. I even got a follow-up email about tracking.
Almost skipped it — glad I didn’t

Serviceneat packaging, clear instructions — that calmed me down more than I expected. The first bag turned out to be a generic, which made me pause, but the leaflet had batch info and the vet said it was equivalent, so we were fine. I started giving it to him that evening and, to my surprise, he accepted it with no fuss and the results were the same as before — honestly relieved. The second order was slower to show up and I had to ring customer service. That call could have been awkward, but the rep actually listened, tracked things down and arranged either a replacement or a refund — I forget which, but it worked. Small hiccup: I didn’t get a tracking link immediately, and that was annoying, but the rep followed up. What I liked most was how calm and efficient the team was once I raised the doubt; they didn’t overpromise, they just fixed it. Would I buy again? Yes — with a tiny bit more patience and maybe a quick chat to confirm brand if that matters to you. Overall pleasantly surprised and glad I gave them a shot.

Returns & RefundsI’m oddly satisfied in the end, though I started out convinced I’d been ripped off. I ordered Heartgard Plus because my dog needs it, paid for the brand, and on first glance the package looked... off. So I freaked a bit — took screenshots, compared labels, you know the drill. First impression was pure suspicion: different name on the box, cheaper-looking inserts, and no familiar logo. I spent a few frustrating evenings back-and-forth with customer support (or whoever was on the other end), which mostly felt like talking to a wall. Eventually I involved my bank and filed a dispute. That part actually worked — the bank pushed back and I got my money back, which is why I’m ending on a satisfied note. Along the way I learned to double-check screenshots, keep receipts, and not trust a recommendation without verifying. Would I order again from the same place? Probably not, unless their listing is clearer and they prove they actually ship the brand. So: annoying, time-consuming, small panic, but a decent outcome thanks to my bank and a few patient screenshots. Heads up to anyone else — trust your gut, screenshot everything, and don’t be shy about a chargeback if things look shady. Lesson learned, and my pup is fine.
Still solid, despite the wait

Deliverysmall, soft-feeling tablets he sniffs and then just swallows (no drama, which is nice). Shipping can drag — I'm in the U.S. and once a package sat at the Canadian border — but their tracking works and when I called they explained the delay and sent a replacement pack at no extra cost while we waited. Expiry dates have always looked good. Sceptical at first, now satisfied; just leave room for possible delays.
