ServiceI wasn’t expecting a phone call months after the mix-up, but the new head of customer service rang me and actually sorted it out. She went through the file, apologised, and made sure my son’s engagement and wedding band set was tracked down and shipped. The wedding band fits well — not too heavy, smooth edges, sits comfortably for daily wear; the engagement ring’s stones still catch the light. They even included a necklace as a gift, simple and wearable. Delivery had a small delay, but the follow-up and how they handled things made up for it. I’d buy from them again — ask for escalation if needed.
