I gotta say, I was super impressed with the customer service I got from this company. They were quick to communicate and gave me all the info I needed, and I felt like they took my questions seriously and handled them like pros. And let me tell you, the lace front wig I got exceeded my expectations. It came on time, and the hair was exactly the right length and just gorgeous. It was nice and full, which is great because I can't stand wigs that look sparse. The lace blended right in with my skin, and the fact that it was pre-plucked and pre-bleached saved me a ton of time and hassle.

So this was my first time buying a coloured wig from this company, and I gotta say I was really impressed with the hair quality. It was so beautiful, super soft, and looked amazing once I tried it on. The only downside was that it had a bit of a smell, but after a quick wash, it was good as new. I've bought wigs from this company in the past, and their customer service has always been top-notch. They're so attentive, helpful, and always make sure the customer is happy with their purchase.
