We the People Holsters - Reviews and experiences

The products are really great! I just bought a couple of holsters, a long gun carrying case, a holster mount, a belly band, and some bacon. All top quality and exactly what I was looking for. But, the shipping time was way too long, and there was hardly any updates or communication about the delay. When I tried to get in touch with customer service by phone and email about my concerns, I didn't get much help, and it felt like my issues weren't being taken seriously. It seems like there might be a problem between the marketing and customer service teams, which is unfortunate because both are important for a good business. I hope things get better in the future.

I gotta say, those holsters I bought are top-notch quality and the customer service I got was really great. But, man, I was kinda bummed about how long it took to process my order when I bought directly from them. It took a whole 14 days just to process my order before it even shipped, and then another 5 days to actually get to me. It's like night and day compared to ordering from Amazon, where I could have had it at my door in a week. Still, the product itself is amazing and I can tell they put a lot of effort into it.
