I first noticed these when a coworker showed theirs at lunch and suggested I try them. I ordered reading lenses and they sent the wrong type. Sent them back at my own cost and got a credit. Reordered as progressives and paid extra. At first I was doubtful — everything felt soft and a bit off. I left them on a day, tweaked the fit, and then it clicked. I could read my phone and the dashboard without switching glasses. Not perfect, but the moment I stopped squinting I knew they worked. Would try again, cautiously.

delivery was quick and tidy. The problem popped up when I tried them on — one lens had a warped bit in the plastic right in my sightline, made them basically unwearable. I contacted customer service asking for a refund and they asked for a photo of the defect. That’s where things went sideways — the distortion only appears when you wear the glasses, so getting a clear photo is basically impossible. After some back-and-forth they denied the refund and later offered a 10% coupon for the inconvenience; I turned it down. In the end I had to spend about another hundred dollars at a local optical shop to replace the lens. Customer reps were polite but pretty rigid about proof. Mixed feelings: delivery and packing get a thumbs up, service was okay but the refund rules need to be more realistic. If a friend tipped you to try them (like mine did), take that recommendation with a grain of salt.

It definitely exceeded my expectations.
