Contact lenses order mistake
Returns & RefundsI ordered contact lenses with a prescription of -1.5, but when they arrived, they were +1.5 instead. I sent back the wrong boxes, but VisionPros wouldn't give me a refund or credit. They didn't even seem sorry for their mistake. I've tried to complain, but I haven't gotten anywhere. Dealing with VisionPros has left me feeling like I've wasted my time and money.
