Returns & RefundsI just splurged on some skincare products and spent almost $500, but when my order arrived, I got the wrong product! They sent me something worth only $100 instead of what I actually ordered. Not cool. It's not just about the money I lost, but also about being let down by the whole shopping process. So, I emailed customer service to let them know how I felt and to hopefully get this sorted out quickly.
