Returns & RefundsI had to return a pair of shoes because they sent me the wrong size. I was pretty bummed when I saw that they only had sizes I didn't want for an exchange, so I had to pay for the return shipping. But, when I finally ordered the right size, it went through smoothly. It was annoying and unfair to deal with all that unnecessary trouble.

Returns & RefundsOMG, like I got these shoes forever ago and they totally don't fit! I can't wear them at all 'cause they hurt my feet too much. I reached out to customer service and they were really fast and nice about it. I sent some pics to show I never wore them outside, and they said I could send them back. So stoked! Can't wait to see if I get a bigger size or get my money back once they get the shoes back. Usually you can't do this after 3 months, but they made it work. Gotta give a big shoutout to Kim for hooking me up!
