Briefs falling apart
ServiceI bought some undies recently and two out of the three pairs had the body and the waistband come apart. I contacted customer service and they said they'd send me new ones, but then I never heard from them again. It's frustrating to not get this fixed and it just left me kinda unhappy with the whole thing. I can show you pictures if you want to see for yourself.
