CheckoutI was so pumped to give this eco-friendly outdoor clothing company a try, but man, was I let down. Ordering was a total nightmare - the website kept crashing and stuff I put in my cart suddenly said it was out of stock. Customer service was a letdown too, slow responses and not so helpful reps. And the prices were way too high for what I got, plus the delivery took forever. Made me wonder if they even shipped it at all. Overall, a total bummer that left me feeling pretty sour.
