I was staring at my driveway thinking the new tires would be there by Friday. I ordered two online and then nothing arrived. Called customer service and they said the order was flagged as fraud because I used my company billing address, even though that address is linked to my card and delivery was to my home, about 1.4 miles away. They emailed about fraud; I confirmed it was me who bought them. No one actually helped. Now I’m waiting two business days for a refund, and I have Army Reserve training this weekend, so I’m stuck without tires. I’ve had quicker fixes elsewhere. Disappointing.

I use my car every day for commuting and school runs, so that delay was annoying. It took extra days and cost me return postage, which felt unfair, and they never really explained why. I was also charged extra for white-letter trim that never showed up and a few emails went unanswered. Weirdly, when the correct tires finally arrived (after a lot of back-and-forth) the ride was quieter and more stable than I expected — a small surprise. Still, the returns policy and silence from support (eBay didn't help much) are deal-breakers for me.
