they sent the wrong set of tires twice and insisted I ship theirs back before they'd send the right ones — basically made me chase their mistake. I use my car every day for commuting and school runs, so that delay was annoying. It took extra days and cost me return postage, which felt unfair, and they never really explained why. I was also charged extra for white-letter trim that never showed up and a few emails went unanswered. Weirdly, when the correct tires finally arrived (after a lot of back-and-forth) the ride was quieter and more stable than I expected — a small surprise. Still, the returns policy and silence from support (eBay didn't help much) are deal-breakers for me.
