Returns & Refundspay return shipping or no refund, and that return cost was about $90 — more than I'd planned. Felt like getting stuck with someone else's old tires. Pretty disappointed, told my buddy to look elsewhere.
Kinda a useful lesson

Productglad I learned this the hard way, but I wouldn’t buy from them again without proof of dates. I first spotted the deal on their website after a coworker tipped me (said they had good stock and prices), so I ordered four semitrailer tires in September. I didn’t check the manufacture date and only found out later they were from 2018 — about six years old. After six months the sidewalls started peeling and cracking, which was annoying. I rang to reorder and asked them to make sure the tires aren’t that old; their answer was basically “we can’t check every tire, we have thousands.” So yeah, price was okay and delivery fine, service lacking. Tip: check the DOT/date code or be ready to return them.
They made me return their mistake
They made me return their mistake
Returns & Refundsthey sent the wrong set of tires twice and insisted I ship theirs back before they'd send the right ones — basically made me chase their mistake. I use my car every day for commuting and school runs, so that delay was annoying. It took extra days and cost me return postage, which felt unfair, and they never really explained why. I was also charged extra for white-letter trim that never showed up and a few emails went unanswered. Weirdly, when the correct tires finally arrived (after a lot of back-and-forth) the ride was quieter and more stable than I expected — a small surprise. Still, the returns policy and silence from support (eBay didn't help much) are deal-breakers for me.
Four “blemished” tyres and radio silence

Productthe tyres weren’t right, the ride was sketchy, and the customer follow-up was almost nonexistent. A heads-up to anyone buying “blemished” stock — get pics first and insist on written confirmation. Could’ve been handled better, still unpleasant though.
