ServiceFunny thing — I nearly wrote these off years ago after my first pair kept creeping down my legs. I shoved them in a drawer and kind of forgot about them, but then I kept seeing ads and thought, okay, one more try. I messaged their Instagram, told them exactly what happened, and they actually replied, asked a few details and offered to send a replacement. The first replacement turned out to be the same size as my originals, so yeah, back to square one. I told them and they suggested trying a different size and sent another pair. That one finally fit properly and was surprisingly light and breathable — honestly the best part. I wear them under skirts for work, on bike rides and even around the house on warmer days because they stop chafing without feeling like you’re baking. They held up well for months and I ended up ordering more lengths later. I appreciate that the customer service stuck with it instead of shrugging and that I got to find the right fit. Not perfect at first, but once sorted it’s been a really useful wardrobe staple. Glad I gave it another shot.

ServiceI almost didn’t order — I had doubts about sizing and whether the shorts would actually stay cool in summer, especially for my teen who’s been shooting up. I bought a couple of slip shorts for daily use (commuting, yoga, under dresses) and realised one pair was too small. Customer service was straightforward, no fuss; they helped with measurements and swapped both pieces for the right sizes at no extra charge. That felt like a nice surprise — I’d braced for fees or delays. The fit is much better now, fabric stays cool and the pockets are actually handy. Would like more shade options in the Australian shop, but I’ll keep buying.
