Returns & RefundsI ordered some new shoes online, but they sent me the wrong ones. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare, and trying to get a refund has been such a long and complicated process. I'm feeling pretty let down by the whole experience.

Returns & RefundsMy time shopping at Thedoublef was great. The stuff I got was packed nicely, which showed how much they care about getting things right. It made me trust that the stuff I was getting was good quality. When I had to send something back, it was easy even though I had to pay for the shipping. But, they refunded me quickly once they got the item back. It would've been even better if returns were free, but overall it was a good experience.

Returns & RefundsDon't bother shopping here, the deals are alright but the service is terrible! I bought a faulty bag, sent plenty of pictures to show it, and they claimed it was fine. Seriously? I requested a replacement, but they refused, forcing me to return it and buy it again with an extra charge. The replacement bag is nice, but they still won't admit the first one was defective. Now they're not even responding to my emails. Ugh, steer clear of this place!
