I ordered a pair of expensive jeans for my partner, they arrived huge (like, twice the size it should’ve been), so I tried to exchange them for a different style. The exchange process was messy, lots of back-and-forth, customer service was slow and a bit shruggy. At one point I thought I’d never get anywhere and that I’d be stuck with something useless. Been there before with other brands, where returns are smooth, so this felt extra frustrating.
What flipped it was when someone on the team actually picked up the phone, checked the records properly and agreed to take the swapped pair back. It wasn’t perfect — I had to push, send photos, and follow up more than I wanted — but when the refund finally showed up on my account, I felt like, okay, that’s done. I’m still wary: the pair I got back once looked worn, tags missing, and that was a big red flag. They did sort it in the end, but it took too long and left me with less trust than before. To be fair, once they committed to fixing it, the logistics were handled, and the refund process worked.
So, not a glowing review — there were sketchy moments and more patience required than is reasonable — but it did get resolved, which is why I’m not totally writing them off.
