The Healthy Back - Reviews and experiences

I bought a lumbar support cushion from this store not long ago, thinking it would help my back pain when I'm stuck sitting at work all day. But man, was I disappointed. The cushion didn't do squat for me and my back was still killing me. So, I tried to return it, but the person on the phone put up a fight. They wouldn't pay for the return, even though the cushion was useless. And get this - they were secretly taking money from my account every week! It's not cool at all and has totally soured my experience with them.

As a customer of the company, I was initially drawn in by the offer of a free bottle of the product. However, I ran into some issues with the subscription service pretty quickly. I didn't realize that I had to cancel in order to avoid getting charged multiple times without my permission. Even though I tried to cancel the subscription, I still got sent another bottle and now I'm worried about getting charged again. This whole thing has been really frustrating and disappointing, especially since the product didn't even give me the results it promised. I'm going to send back the bottle and I really hope to get my money back quickly. Overall, I consider this situation totally unacceptable and now I have a pretty negative view of the company's practices.
