Returns & RefundsDon't trust that the phone you order will actually work — that's my takeaway. I bought a Hamtod T8 end of July and it turned up with a dead battery. Company said they'd send a replacement, then poof. So phone sits unused on my desk. Kinda annoying and I'm bummed. If you care about hassle, maybe look elsewhere; I wished they'd just follow through.
