Bought for back pain, can't return, a bit annoyed

Was scrolling through Instagram when a buddy sent a pic of a supposedly deadstock pair of Nike Air Max 1s — I was excited but also hesitant because I’d read a few sketchy threads about StockX verification. The price and the tip pushed me to buy, but when they arrived the soles were separating on both shoes. They refunded me fast and delivery was okay, so some credit there, but I’d still rather have received the actual sneakers.

The first shipping was really fast, eh? It was a nice surprise. I got my order only two days after it was sent out, and I gotta say, I was impressed by how quick it got here. The prices on StockX were better than other sites like Goat, which was a big reason why I went with them. But, one thing that kinda bummed me out was that they don't do exchanges. Not being able to swap items made me a bit unsure about buying from them, because it doesn't give customers much wiggle room. I think if they allowed exchanges, it would make shopping way better for everyone and boost satisfaction levels.
