Space Mask - Reviews and experiences

I bought some masks recently and although they took a bit longer to arrive than I anticipated, I get that things are tough with shipping delays these days. The customer service folks I talked to were super nice and really helpful, which made the whole process better. The masks themselves are seriously amazing and way better than any other ones I've tried in terms of quality and comfort. I did notice someone mentioning that the sizes might be a problem for some people, so I'd suggest going for a bigger size if you can - the extra coverage is totally worth it.

I bought a bunch of masks not long ago, eh. But it's been three weeks now and the company still hasn't shipped my order like they said they would. The customer service team hasn't been helpful at all, eh, just sending me the same canned email every time I ask about my order. They gave me shipping info, but never actually sent my stuff to the shipping company. I'd tell others to be careful trusting their fast shipping promises and suggest finding another place for reliable service, eh.

I ordered some masks but they never showed up. USPS told me to have the shop make a claim, but they totally ignored me. I ended up losing my money and still haven't gotten any masks. The customer service was terrible.

I ordered some masks back on September 2, 2021 but I never ended up receiving them. I sent them an email about it, but they said they couldn't find my order. They already charged my credit card and when I tried calling their support line, no one answered or bothered to call me back. Now $95 is just gone like that. This is really frustrating!
