Space Mask - Reviews and experiences

I went to this store and got a 9 pack of masks, then I added a 3 pack and a 6 pack to my cart. But they charged me for all of them without even checking with me first! I tried to call and email them to sort it out, but they never got back to me. Such a scam!

So, I bought a pack of six face masks and asked for small sizes. But when it arrived, I got three big masks and three small ones, even though my receipt said six small masks. Can't get a hold of customer service cause there's no phone number or chat option. Just got an auto-reply to my emails saying they're "very busy," which makes me feel ignored and frustrated. With USPS being slow and lots of unreliable companies around, dealing with this company has been a letdown and expensive.

So I bought some face masks at first and I liked them enough to get more. Then I saw they had a special deal going on where you can get a discount if you buy a bunch, so I thought why not? But when I went to add more masks to my order, I ended up picking the wrong size by mistake. I tried to call them for help, but turns out they only do customer support through email. I waited all day for a response, and when I finally got one, they said it was too late to fix the mistake because my order had already been processed.

I was pretty annoyed and disappointed that they weren't more willing to help me out. It seems like they care more about making money than making sure customers are happy. I've seen other bad reviews saying the same thing, so I decided to take my business somewhere else where they actually listen and take care of any issues right away.

I bought a pack of masks not too long ago, and it turns out one of the masks was a different size compared to the rest. I tried contacting customer service a few times, but the responses I got were not helpful at all and didn't solve the problem. Now that it's summer and I'm finally using the masks, I noticed the size issue. Dealing with poor customer service like this is really annoying, especially when a quick fix could have sorted it out. I'm not too happy with this experience and will check out other options next time.
