the shell had scrapes, the default code wouldn’t open it and a chunk of the rear bracket was missing, so I couldn’t even use it. The turning point, the moment I knew I was actually satisfied, came after a few tense emails and one phone call: they set up a return inspection, issued a partial refund and sent a replacement code that worked. It wasn’t smooth — I had to follow up a couple of times and it took longer than I wanted — but when the refund hit and the spare latch arrived I felt relieved, like okay, that’s sorted. I’d still advise anyone to ask for photos on open-box items, and yeah, tell your friends — I told Mark how it played out.

We bought two suitcases for our three-week trip to Europe, but when we got them, we realized they weren't right for us. Even though they had a cool design without a zipper, we had a hard time fitting all our stuff, like two pairs of shoes, in there with the divider. So, we decided to return the suitcases. But, dealing with customer service, especially Nate, was amazing. Nate was super helpful and quick to help us set up the return and get us our return labels right away. The customer service from the company went above and beyond what we expected and really made a good impression on us.

The folks working there are so helpful and always make sure you’re satisfied with what you purchased. I love that they always follow through with their return and refund policies. The luggage I bought is perfect for all my travels.
