Let me tell ya about my experience with booking flights and hotels through this service. I thought I was gonna get a good deal with those discounted prices they were offering, but let me tell you, it was not what I expected at all. The whole booking process was a pain, with confusing website layout and instructions that didn't make sense. And don't even get me started on the customer service - took forever to get through, and when I did, they weren't much help at all. The prices weren't even that great, despite what they said. And when it came to actually using the services, it was a disaster. Flights were delayed, hotels were overbooked - just a mess overall. I definitely wouldn't recommend this service to anyone who wants a smooth and stress-free travel booking experience.

The website was super easy to use and find flights. I snagged a great deal on a round-trip ticket to Vancouver, and booking was a breeze. Though, I was kinda hoping for some extra perks or discounts. The customer service was helpful when I needed assistance with my reservation, but they could have been a tad quicker in getting back to me.
