Returns & RefundsThe jackets here are amazing for keeping warm and the camo designs are really well done. I really like how they let you mix and match outfits, it's super helpful when you're trying to put together a whole look. But I gotta say, the customer service and return policies could use some work. In this day and age, it's so important for a company to be flexible and customer-focused with return policies, but that's something this place is lacking. The fees, processing times, delays, and not being able to cancel an order right after you place it all just make for a super frustrating experience. There are other brands out there that make the whole exchange and return process way easier for customers who aren't happy with their purchases.
