This luggage company is such a scam, eh. They reel you in with fancy promises of a well-made product, then give you some basic suitcase for a hefty price. They say you can get your money back but never actually do it, leaving you hanging. Their customer service is a joke, disappears once they got your cash. I suggest checking out reviews on crowdfunding sites and social media before even thinking about buying from these sneaky folks, eh.
