I just bought a phone case from this online store. But, when it arrived, it was the wrong size for my phone. So, I tried to send it back, only to find out I had to ship it all the way to Germany on my own dime. They didn't even mention that on their website! And the shipping cost was as much as the case itself. Such a letdown and a major hassle, to be honest.

I had a rough time with an online store recently. I had to cancel my order because of product issues. Even though I cancelled it on 1/06/2020, I still don't have my refund after 10 days. Every time I talk to their customer service, they just give me lousy reasons and excuses. It feels like they're not taking responsibility or caring about my problem. That's why I had to go and complain through Paypal. It's been super irritating, so I'd recommend avoiding this company to others.
