I had a bit of a bad time ordering from this company not too long ago. I found something on their website that caught my eye, so I went ahead and bought it. But after what felt like forever, I still hadn't gotten any news on my order. When I got in touch with their customer service, they told me the product I wanted was actually out of stock at their warehouse, even though it was still up on the website. I was disappointed, but I figured I'd give them another shot.

I put in an order at this tech accessory shop and got a confirmation. They took the money from my account, but then went dark on me. I shot them an email to check on my order and got a reply saying they had IT issues, but I'd get more info soon. I waited it out, but never got any updates. I tried another email, but no response. I even tried their website, but still nothing. I had to take it up with my bank to get my cash back and let everyone know about this sketchy company.

This company, let me tell you, has got the most disappointing and disrespectful staff I've ever come across. I mean, the way they treat customers is just not right, you know? Their communication is a disaster, taking forever to respond. And let me tell you, Ania Basily is a perfect example of someone who shouldn't be the face of any brand. I was thinking of working with them, but after dealing with their rude and unprofessional staff, I changed my mind real quick. The products aren't even worth the price, but the biggest problem is really the way the staff behaves. It's just not okay and shows no respect for customers. I really hope someone at the company reads this and starts hiring better people.
