ServiceI just bought an electric bike from this company, eh. But, you know what? I ran into a major issue with the frame that they wouldn't even admit was a problem. I reached out to their service department and tried to get it fixed under warranty, but no luck. Now I'm stuck with a pricey bike that I can't even use. So, fair warning to anyone thinking about buying from them - make sure you do your homework and listen to other people's stories first, eh.
