CommunicationI've made a bunch of purchases at this store for my business and it's been a real headache trying to get the right invoices. I've reached out multiple times but still haven't received the proper ones. The invoices are marked as personal purchases and are missing the required German VAT ID. This has made it impossible for us to keep our accounting in order and claim back the VAT, which is worth thousands of euros. Thanks a lot for the trouble! We're really hoping to finally get the right invoices.
