DeliveryI've bought jewelry from this company a few times now and I've always been happy with the quality of their products. The prices are fair and the items are really well-made. However, I did have a problem with my last order. It got delayed and when it finally showed up, we weren't home to get it. Even though the tracking said it was delivered, we couldn't find it anywhere. I got in touch with customer service and talked to a lady named Eleisa who was super helpful and understanding. She started an investigation with the delivery company and eventually helped me get a refund for the lost package. It was a bit of a hassle, but the customer service team was great and they sorted it out for me.
