ServiceI was so pumped to buy a waterproof jacket from this company since they're all about being eco-friendly and making durable stuff. But man, was I let down by the jacket - it started leaking after just a few times wearing it. I tried reaching out to customer service for a refund or a new jacket, but they weren't much help and took forever to reply. And to top it all off, the jacket was pricey for such low quality. It also took longer than expected to arrive, which just added to my annoyance with the whole situation.
