Halfway through the job
Halfway through the job
Returns & Refundshad to race to Advanced Auto so my mechanic wouldn’t have to return and charge me again. The parts themselves actually looked well made, which was the weird little surprise, but that didn’t help me when they didn’t fit. Support insisted I send the whole kit back since it was sold as a set, so now I’m out more labour time and waiting another week. Not great.
Small win after a rough start
Small win after a rough start
Returns & RefundsI didn't expect much, honestly. I ordered a part and they charged me without asking the VIN. The part showed up and didn't fit. Then they asked for photos and the VIN, like it was my fault. And replies were slow. I'd had worse runs with other shops before, so I was ready to walk away. Then someone finally took ownership, escalated the case and arranged a return and a refund. The moment I knew I was actually satisfied was when the refund hit my account and a correct replacement was on its way. It was a slow ride. Not perfect. But that final fix turned my scepticism into a quiet relief.
Headlights, not worth the hassle
Headlights, not worth the hassle
Returns & Refundsboth front headlight assemblies arrived damaged. Their online returns told me to bring them in to a carrier, but no prepaid label was provided. I took two bulky boxes to the store and paid about $112.32 to ship them back. Company policy only covered $22.49, so I ended up out roughly $90 and with nothing to show. Customer support gave different answers every time I called, so that didn't help. In the end I bought replacements at the dealership — annoyed, and I won't be trusting these online parts shops again.
Mail and money in limbo
Mail and money in limbo
Returns & Refundspoor delivery communication, contradictory customer service, and money held longer than promised. They could have avoided this with clearer policies and a note about PO boxes. I can't recommend them based on my experience.

Returns & Refunds
I tried to give them another shot and that turned out to be a mistake. I ordered what I thought was the right part based on my vehicle info, but they shipped the wrong item — twice in six months, so yes, I'm a bit fed up. The weird part was that after a bunch of back-and-forth they did eventually send the correct piece, and it arrived quicker than I expected. That surprised me, actually. Still, the whole return process was a mess: I had to pay to send the wrong part back, then a restocking fee, and now the return is “damaged” so I’m not getting all my money back. I packed it in the exact same envelope they used — so yeah, that feels shady.
Customer service was the worst bit. Not rude exactly, but defensive and slow to admit mistakes. They made it hard, which is exactly what you don’t want when something goes wrong. If you choose to order, double-check that your model year doesn't have multiple options; the website wasn’t clear about that. My advice: consider your local big auto parts stores if you want something hassle-free, or at least take pictures at every step and insist on proof if they claim damage. I’ll be sticking to in-person from now on.
