Unexpected customs fee
I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough surprise last month after gettin' my package. Imagine my shock when UPS hit me with a customs invoice wantin' an extra 20% of the total amount! Ain't nothin' about that extra cost on the website, felt kinda shady to me. I was so let down and ticked off about this sneaky charge, really put a damper on my whole shopping vibe.
